Our legal opinion is based on the documents provided to us and publicly available records at the time of verification. It is your responsibility to ensure all relevant documents are shared with us. Clawrity is not liable for omissions arising from documents or information not disclosed to us.

4. User Accounts and Registration

6. Fees and Payment

• Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule before or upon commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments made are non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated, except where we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own default.

7. Turnaround Time and Delivery

Estimated turnaround times for our services are communicated at the time of engagement. These are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Timely submission of all required documents by the client.
• Public holidays, government office closures, or force majeure events.

Clawrity is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant delay to you promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clawrity, its advocates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your submission of false, forged, or misleading documents.
• Your use of our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
