Why We Started Clawrity
Property fraud, undisclosed litigation, forged title deeds, illegal layouts, these aren't rare exceptions in India's real estate market. They happen to ordinary buyers, every single day. And in most cases, the buyer had no idea until it was too late.
Clawrity was built to change that. We are a team of property lawyers based in Bangalore who saw a clear gap: buyers were spending crores on properties without any proper legal verification. Banks were financing properties with defective titles. Families were investing life savings into plots that could never legally be built upon.
We created Clawrity to give every property buyer, whether they're purchasing a flat in Whitefield, a plot in Devanahalli, a villa on Sarjapur Road, or agricultural land in rural Karnataka, access to the same quality of legal verification that large institutions and developers take for granted.
